Commission Terms of Service
To commission me means you agree to the following information.☆ Quotes are only valid for 2 months after given to you
☆ Quotes are not given out when commissions are closed
☆ No copyrighted characters
☆ Deadlines will not be guaranteed but will be kept in mind
☆ Service can be refused if customer is rude, offensive, or has a bad reputation
☆ Please contact us first if there are any issues
☆ If you don't measure or make your DTD properly, we are not responsible for a poorly fitting suit
☆ We are not responsible for any tripping, falling, hugging while you're in suit. Wear at your own risk
☆ My turnaround time is within 1-5 months, but can be as fast as 7-14 days. It depends on the complexity of your commission and how many other pieces I have in my queue.
☆ I will send WIPs (Work in Progress) pictures and confirm any fur choice before beginning work.
☆ A digital fursuit reference sheet is required.
Payment
☆ I only accept Paypal as a payment type and are in USD$
☆ Payment Plans are not accepted
☆ Payment is required before any work is started
☆ Buyer must pay all shipping and import fees
Refunds
☆ 50% of your quote is NON-REFUNDABLE. If we are unable to complete your suit for whatever reason, you will get a 100% refund.If there is an issue with a piece I will fix it within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. This does not include wear and tear or any damage not related to a building flaw.
